Anything frozen,slushy and fruity…but if I had to pick one it would be a pina colada!
My favourite summer cocktail is a Mojito. Although, that might have to change after I try the Watermelon Swash. It looks delicious!

Oh I have a half a watermelon in the fridge and some basil growing on the window sill. I am going to have to make this one! My favorite summer cocktail is a caipirinha but I haven’t been able to make a great one myself.

strawberry mint mojitos! i make them from the mint in my garden. they are great with or without alcohol and they are so very refreshing.

My absolute favorite summertime cocktail is a cucumber martini mad with muddled cucumbers, triple sec, and vodka. Shaken with ice, and poured through a strainer into a chilled martini glass, garnished with a cucumber slice.
