Glazed, Filled, Sugared & Dipped—a cookbook of doughnut recipes by Stephen Collucci, pastry chef at Colicchio & Sons—hit the shelves last month, but it’s so fun to get a peek behind the scenes! Here are some snaps from the cover shoot, which was back in February. Photographer Iain Bagwell shot lots and lots of Stephen’s beautiful sweets so that we could compose just the right cover.
