I went for the Crisp Coconut and Chocolate Pie. It fulfilled my three requirements: decadent, party worthy, and easy (it looks crazy fancy, but it’s an icebox pie . . . SCORE!). Four ingredients and approximately 90 minutes later (with additional time for setting), I looked like a confectionary genius!
