Food blogger and photographer Victoria Belanger, aka The Jello Mold Mistress of Brooklyn, has been wowing friends and family with delicious and cool jello mold creations for years. Thanks to her new book–Hello, Jell-O! (Ten Speed Press, February 2012)–we all now have more than fifty impressive (and affordable) treats to dazzle dessert-lovers of all ages!
