Last night, we had a few friends over for dinner at our apartment to put the cap on a fun weekend of birthday celebrations for my roommate. I was in charge of something sweet for the end of the meal, so I was looking for a special dessert that I could put together quickly after work. I made the perfect choice with Raspberry-Vanilla Bread Pudding from Ten Dollar Dinners (Clarkson Potter, August 2012) by Melissa d’Arabian.
